These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the 98bdt platform (https://98bdt.pro) and its associated mobile app. By using the platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

1. General Rules

  • Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
  • Only one payment method registered in the account holder's name may be linked to the account. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.
  • The email address and phone number provided at registration must be accurate — this information is used for verification and communication purposes.
  • Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC verification process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID or passport. This is done solely for your security.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on the 98bdt platform. Creating an account or playing on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

98bdt may request documentation for age verification at any time. If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals & Settlement

Full account verification (KYC) is required before any winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours; in some cases it may take up to 72 hours.
  • Withdrawal amounts will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met.
  • 98bdt may carry out additional verification during withdrawal to prevent money laundering.
  • Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they are being processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on 98bdt have their own specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

  • Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically ranging from 20x to 40x the deposit or bonus amount.
  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; not all games may count toward bonus wagering requirements.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
  • 98bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on 98bdt are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fairness and impartiality. Live games are conducted by live dealers.

  • Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error has occurred in the system.
  • For Sports Betting, wins and losses will be settled after the official result has been announced.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 98bdt may void that round and refund the wagered amount.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98bdt platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages through dishonest means.
  • Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to hack or defraud other members' accounts.
  • Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
  • Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in full forfeiture of the account balance, and law enforcement authorities will be notified where necessary.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

98bdt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • A breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity has been found on the account.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • KYC verification has not been completed, or false information has been provided.
  • A court order or directive from a regulatory authority is in place.

10. Limitation of Liability

98bdt strives to provide uninterrupted service, however our liability is limited in the following situations:

  • Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or issues with the user's device.
  • Service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues or scheduled server maintenance.
  • Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
  • If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

However, where a problem arises directly due to our own error, 98bdt commits to providing appropriate compensation.
